We know that for some families, a little extra space and a slower pace can make all the difference.
That’s why we’ve created a dedicated SEND-friendly Brunch with Santa at 1pm on 23rd December. As the final sitting of the day, there’s no need to rush. You can relax, enjoy your brunch, spend time with loved ones, and make the most of the experience at a gentler pace.
We’ve also reduced the number of tickets available for this session, meaning fewer people, more space, and a calmer atmosphere throughout The Potting Shed.
And because there are fewer families attending, Santa can spend even more time at each table. Whether your little one wants to ask lots of questions, show Santa something special, or take a little longer to feel comfortable, there’s more time for those magical moments.
Our team will also be on hand throughout the event, with extra capacity to offer support, answer questions, and provide a helping hand wherever needed.
Just like our other Breakfast with Santa events, families will enjoy a festive brunch, a visit from Santa himself, and a special gift for every child. The difference is simply a little more room, a little more time, and a little less hustle and bustle.
We’re aware that a small number of customers have experienced issues during the booking process. In many cases, refreshing the page before entering any payment details resolves the problem. If you’re still having difficulties after refreshing, please let us know.
As part of the booking process, we’ll ask for a few details, including the booking party name, any dietary requirements, and whether a high chair is needed. Depending on the number of tickets purchased, these questions may appear for each adult ticket, but they only need to be completed once per booking.
